Not entirely. WOOVE is the next chapter of my creative journey.
If you’re familiar with my work from andreazittel.de, you’ll now find all my handcrafted cushion collections here – in a new, improved shopping experience.
The quality, passion, and commitment remain the same – only the platform has changed.

How long does shipping take?
Since each piece is made individually, please allow 10–14 days for delivery.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Products & Care

Are the cushions handmade?
Yes – every cushion is a unique textile piece: handwoven, timeless, and made with great attention to detail.
Do you have a special request? We're happy to create a custom piece for you.

What materials are used?
Our cushions are made of durable polyester bands (EU-made), woven tightly over a layer of cotton fabric for stability.
The back is crafted from cotton canvas, featuring a concealed zipper in the center.

Where are the cushions produced?
All cushions are designed and handmade in our studio in Munich – in small batches and to the highest standards.

Do the colors match across different products?
Yes – all colors are named clearly (e.g. Chestnut, Cream). Each color name refers to a single, defined tone. This ensures everything matches perfectly.

How are double-woven cushions made?
Double-woven cushions feature an upper band woven over a lower one, integrated into a single structure for extra depth and texture.

How are the rhinestone bands applied?
Rhinestones are carefully adhered to the woven base beneath, ensuring a firm and secure hold.

How do I care for my cushion?
We recommend hand washing or professional dry cleaning to preserve the quality and texture.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
Yes – returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note: custom-made or personalized items are excluded from returns.

How do I return an item?
Send an email to zittel.a@t-online.de, and we’ll provide you with the return address.

Print-on-Demand – Art Prints by WOOVE

How does print-on-demand work at WOOVE?
Our art prints are produced exclusively for you after your order.
This ensures resource-conscious production and exceptional gallery-quality results.

What formats and versions are available?
Most of our prints are currently offered as canvas prints in 12 × 18 inches (approx. 30 × 45 cm).
Depending on the product, you may also find framed, unframed, or paper-based versions.
Please refer to the product details for exact options.

How are the prints made?
Our prints are produced in high resolution using selected materials – such as canvas or fine art paper.
Canvas prints arrive ready to hang. All versions feature vivid colors, fine details, and long-lasting quality.

How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.
In total, please allow around 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free – worldwide.

What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include a photo of the damage.
We’ll ensure a smooth replacement or solution.

Can I return a print?
Because each print is custom-made, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
This follows the legal framework for made-to-order products (§312g Abs. 2 BGB).

Will the colors look exactly as shown online?
Please note: due to screen settings, minor color variations may occur.
However, our prints match the original files, and slight differences do not qualify for a refund.

How sustainable is your production?
All print products are produced on demand, reducing overproduction and waste.
We collaborate with experienced partners who prioritize eco-friendly processes and high-quality materials.

How do I care for my print?
Do not wipe canvas prints with water – use a dry, soft cloth for dusting.
Prints on paper (framed or unframed) should be kept away from direct sunlight and moisture.
