Order & Shipping:

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time is usually 10-14 working days from receipt of payment.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, shipping costs are €6.99. For orders over €100, delivery is free.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are the pillows handmade?

Yes, all cushions are woven by hand and are truly unique.

How do I care for my handwoven cushions?

For care, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning to preserve the texture.

Can I return a product?

Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Please note that personalized products cannot be exchanged.

How does the return work?

Send us an email to zittel.a@t-online.de and we will give you the return address to which you can send the goods back.

What payment methods are available?

We accept: Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and Shopify Payments

Can I have a pillow made to my specifications?

Please contact us so that we can discuss this. Then we can check whether your wishes can be implemented.
